Misty

Misty, originally uploaded by ilenesamowitzphoto.

I used my Nikon D3 and a Nikon 70-200 F2.8 VR1 to make this image. The f-stop was 5.6 and focal length was 200. The image has a beautiful bokeh and is not the sort of image that would show some of the flaws of this Nikon lens. At this point in time, I am not planning on upgrading to the new version but the reviews are starting to tempt me.

This is my mini-wired hair mini dachshund, Misty, who patiently allows me to take beautiful images of her. I used Nik Silver Efex Pro to do the black and white coversion, using the high structure preset.
